How do I order?
You can place an order via the website through a number of steps:
- 1) you place a product in your shopping cart.

How long does it take to I get my order?
Standard delivery for standard deliveries in Netherlands and Europe we are using PostNL. The fixed rate for delivery within Netherlands is € 7.95. Standard deliveries are sent with PostNL. The order will be sent after your order is approved. This normally takes 1 – 3 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will be notified via email. Using the enclosed tracking number, you can follow the status of your package online.
Delivery on custom made orders
By the weight and/or dimensions can be chosen for a pallet delivery. The costs are reported in the quotation in advance. Pallet deliveries are only on work days. The exact delivery date is determined in consultation with you.

Please note that the tracking number is not active immediately. It can take a couple of hours before the shipment is registered at PostNL. From the moment the order is paid it will take up to 1 – 3 working days before your order is shipped. The fastest way to order is when you pay via PayPal, credit card (Paypal) or iDeal (Mollie). We can immediately see whether the payment was successful and send in most cases the same day.

What’s the shopping basket for?
The shopping basket is a memory for products added while you were browsing through our shop. You can always delete or change the number of products. To do this, click on “shopping cart”. You can easily wash the outer cover at 30 degrees. You can also clean the cushions with the vacuum cleaner or a damp cloth.
Is my pet going to sleep in the bloq?
The bloq is made so that the pet has a cosy and comfortable mooring place. Can I return my order?
You can return your orderin 6 steps:

- Step 3: place the order in the original packaging and seal off (this is very important). Add the completed form to the order.

- Step 5: your package will be picked up by the shipping company.
- Step 6: after we have received your order in good condition the total amount minus the delivery costs will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
